Juventus' remarkable unbeaten run was finally brought to an end by Inter on Saturday, with Diego Milito proving to be the hero for Andrea Stramaccioni's men on the big occasion.

Having scored a penalty in the midweek win over Sampdoria, the Argentine striker once again showed his mettle from 12 yards after winning the spot-kick himself to level the scores following Arturo Vidal's controversial opener.

And the veteran's poaching instincts kicked in with 15 minutes left to play in Turin as he slotted his side into the lead after Gianluigi Buffon could only parry Fredy Guarin's shot into his path, before Rodrigo Palacio's late goal completed the comeback and inflicted the first defeat in 49 games on the Bianconeri.

The 33-year-old now has seven goals in Serie A this season, and boasts a total of 27 strikes in 31 appearances in the calendar year - only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have a better record.
